While Claire was home on her college break, she consistently stepped up, managing an average of four shifts per week, and remained a reliable and steady presence on the team during a period of significant transition.

Desmond Brown

Store 1671, Springboro, OH - Period 8

Thank you, Desmond, for constantly making sure our nights are locked down and running smoothly. Your effort to stay on top of things and keep the schedule staffed does not go unnoticed.

Your reliability, flexibility, and commitment to the team are what keep everything moving, even when the schedule gets tight.

Amanda Muentich

Director of North and South Carolina - Period 8

Amanda has set the bar high in the Carolinas, leading her markets to the top of the company in sales comps, transaction comps, and OSAT. Her strong leadership and unwavering Commitment to Excellence have built a culture of accountability, growth, and results, all while keeping things fun and engaging for her team. Whether she’s visiting a store or coaching her leaders, Amanda’s energy and passion make everyone around her better. Outstanding work, Amanda!

Leo Franchi

Store 438, Wauwatosa, WI - Period 9

When Leo’s car broke down in the middle of his closing shift, he had every reason to take the rest of the day to handle it, and no one would’ve blamed him. But instead, he made sure the team wasn’t left hanging. He found a rental, got back on track, and put his own situation on hold to make sure we were covered. That’s not just showing up, that’s true teamwork and next-level dedication.

Ryan Cortese

Director of Wisconsin and Ohio - Period 9

Ryan stepped up in a big way this year by taking on 10 new stores in Ohio while continuing to lead his Milwaukee market. He’s brought our “Ownership Mentality, Better Every Day” Core Value to life by building a strong Ohio team, bringing structure and The Premium Loaves Way, and driving impressive results across both markets. Great work, Ryan!
