New President of Premium Loaves

Jerome joined Premium Loaves in 2021 as an investor and franchisee, beginning with the acquisition of 7 stores in Dayton, OH. His connection with Marc began in 2019, when their families met through their children’s school in Bloomington, IL. Shared goals and a passion for Jimmy John’s soon led to a partnership.

In early 2022, following the Dayton, OH, and Kankakee, IL, acquisitions - and with a 10-store Milwaukee deal in the pipeline, Jerome left a 20+ year corporate career to go “all-in” as Chief Operating Officer and co-owner across all Premium Loaves entities.

Since then, Jerome has led Operations and New Store Development, driving clarity in roles, processes, and execution. He implemented EOS/Bloom and spearheaded numerous operational improvements that have fueled the company’s continued growth.

Jerome’s strength in strategy (the what) and planning (the how) has been a key driver of success. Now, as President, he will oversee all aspects of the business: Operations, Accounting, Finance, HR, Construction & Development, and daily partner relationships.

This leadership shift also allows Marc, as CEO, to focus more on growth through acquisitions, partner relations, and cultivating company culture and vision.
